If the skeletal structure is in alignment, our body could function optimally. Meaning, with correct alignment, we are able to move without discomfort and have better posture with healthy disc and nervous system. Unfortunately, healthy spine and alignment is rare since no one has mentioned or educated us to make sure we take care of our spine. If we continue to neglect the health of our body, we will start to develop symptoms and health complications, for instance, low back pain.

There are multiple common causes of low back pain. Lack of curves and or excessive curves causes abnormal forces on the spine. Abnormal forces lead to muscle tension and spasm, limiting their range of motion which causes the healthy spine to subluxate or move out of its position. As this persist, it could lead to disc degeneration, disc herniation, sciatica, spinal stenosis and more. Other factors contributing to low back pain involves the food we eat, the repetitive motion in our lives and or the stress we endure.
